The Problem

  • Client had a network of distributors throughout Asia Pacific but wanted to have more control over the relationship with dedicated staff on the ground.
  • Client wanted to transition approximately 30 staff from the various distributors to GoGlobal.

  • Client’s first employees on boarded successfully as more countries are using the GoGlobal solution on an ongoing basis.
  • Client also implemented their own HR programs with GoGlobal so that employees feel they’re a part of the company and understand the company’s mission and values.
