Deanna Brown
Director, Agent of Record (AOR)
As Director of Agent of Record (AOR), Deanna focuses on helping companies ensure independent contractor compliance and avoid issues associated with misclassification. She also assists companies with internal audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to independent contractor engagement. Prior to joining GoGlobal, Deanna served as Vice President of Legal for ZeroAvia, Inc., Division General Counsel at Viasat, Inc., and Senior Director of Legal for Skyworks Solutions, Inc.
Deanna earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and attended St. Catherine’s College, University of Oxford during her final year of law school. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the American Corporate Counsel Association, San Diego County chapter.
Outside of work, Deanna enjoys travel, reading and checking out local festivals.
