Jessica Valenzuela
Associate Director, Legal
As the Associate Director, Legal and Corporate Governance, Jessica is responsible for managing our legal risks, contracting and compliance initiatives at GoGlobal. Having spent most of her career in service-oriented companies, she works to simplify the legalities and enable the operational side of the business.
Prior to GoGlobal, Jessica was Legal Counsel at Lera Investment Technologies (LIT), an ITaaS start-up where she supported their global expansion and legal compliance (contractual and operational) into +25 countries. In addition to her outbound experience, she also spent over 5 years managing the Corporate Secretarial / GEM offering for the United States at TMF Group, supporting international companies’ entry into the US Market. Jessica is a licensed Florida Attorney and has a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law as well as a B.S & B.A. from the University of Southern California.
In her free time, she enjoys travel, film festivals, and attending sporting events. When it comes to music, her playlist now consists primarily of Disney Hits with a prolonged period of Christmas music in the winter (influenced by her daughter).
