Liliana Mata

Liliana is GoGlobal’s executive director and head of account management for North America and LATAM and is responsible for ensuring that our clients and their workers get the high level of service GoGlobal is known for. Liliana has more than 18 years of experience leading service teams in Europe, North America, and Asia. Most recently Liliana was with ADP where she successfully aligned service delivery, compliance and quality across the Asia Pacific partner network, and created a successful new client enablement function that led to significant increased client satisfaction, retention and growth.

Liliana is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace and was president of iWIN Singapore for 4 years, as well as a mentor in the APAC Mentor Program. She is a certified coach and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Outside of work Liliana enjoys traveling and dancing salsa!
