A Senior Manager based in Brazil, Maria applies strong planning, organizational and implementation skills to manage operations, payroll processing, compliance and financing. She is fluent in Portuguese and English and has intermediate Spanish skills.
With over 15 years in the EOR and staffing space, Maria has overseen the finance and payroll departments for eight companies in LATAM. She has deep knowledge about payroll calculation, processing, taxation and legal compliance across the LATAM region. A law school graduate, Maria is currently finishing her CPA Degree and will soon be certified as both a lawyer and a CPA.
Outside of her work at GoGobal, Maria enjoys traveling, watching movies and reading books. Her favorite foods are hamburgers and pasta. If she could be granted one superpower, it would be the ability to think about a time and place and be instantly transported there.
