Michiel Vanderheide is responsible for leading payroll operations and new payroll initiatives in Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining GoGlobal, he led many operational payroll teams in Fortune 500 companies, as well as on the BPO side.
As a seasoned project manager, Michiel successfully managed operational payroll teams in Fortune 500 companies and honed his project management skills through software implementation projects. He also has experience in product management and change management. On the entrepreneurial front, Michiel navigated the world of E-commerce with his own company, which he eventually sold.
When he is not working, he enjoys playing tennis and tackling creative projects – like building cardboard castles – with his two small children. A self-proclaimed (ancient) history geek, Michiel says if he had one superpower, it would be to time travel and visit ancient Rome.
