As a Partner based in Switzerland, Nick focuses primarily on sales and marketing for the GoGlobal group. A remote work expert and advocate, he applies his 17 plus years of professional experience across the executive search, workforce management and International PEO / EOR markets to help clients build and manage global teams.
Prior to joining GoGlobal, Nick was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region for People 2.0, the world’s largest EOR and agent of record (AOR) platform. Prior to that, Nick held roles as the Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and COO at Capital GES (later acquired by People 2.0), and as Sales Director at the Optionis Group, the UK’s largest outsourced employment provider. He also founded an international executive search firm focusing on the global consulting space. Nick has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Newcastle (UK).
Outside of his work at GoGlobal, Nick’s hobbies include horology, golf and reading. His favorite movie is Whiplash, while his favorite book is Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari. Food wise, he especially enjoys Peruvian ceviche and Texas BBQ. Nick says if he had one superpower, it would be the ability to speak to anyone in their own dialect. His favorite quote is from Lao Tzu: “A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving.”
