Rajni Kukkar
Associate Director, Business Process Management
Rajni joined GoGlobal in 2018 as one of the company’s first few contractors, jumping on the opportunity to become part of a growing organization. An Associate Director based in India, her focus is on business process management and she offers leading expertise in business analysis, program management, change management and process improvement.
With more than 11 years of work experience in IT business analysis and consulting, Rajni started her own IT consulting company prior to joining GoGlobal. Through her consultancy, she helped multiple companies across industries on short and long-term IT implementations, leading to automation and improvements of business processes. She holds an MBA in finance and IT from the Institute of Management Technology (India) as well as a bachelor’s degree in computer applications.
Rajni was born in Rajasthan in northern India and is currently based in Chandigarh, the capital of Punjab and Haryana. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also an IT professional, and her kids.
