As a Senior Manager based in Australia, Yvonne helps client companies and their employees to expand internationally by outlining labor regulations and statutory requirements. She is assisting clients to mitigate the risk of international expansion by explaining employment and work practices in various countries. By setting up processes and procedures, she enables clients and employees to understand applicable laws and ensures compliance on all levels.
Yvonne gained over 10 years of working experience in operational management for global companies, including Hyatt Hotels Corporation, KPMG and Amazon. Throughout her career, her focus has been on people management, including developing HR policy and management strategies. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Macquarie University (Sydney) and a Master’s Degree from the Australian Institute of Business. She also holds a Certificate IV in HR Management from the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
When she’s not working, Yvonne’s hobbies include running and snorkeling. Her favorite movie is Forrest Gump, and she enjoys all types of sweet foods. Her quote of choice is: “What you think, you become.” If she could be granted one superpower, Yvonne says it would be flying so she could avoid travel restrictions and restraints – right now and in the future.
