What Makes GoGlobal Unique

Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI and the visionary behind ChatGPT, once remarked that founding a company is not just about creating a product, but about shaping the very essence of the company itself. I couldn’t agree more. Rather than merely asking ourselves what GoGlobal aims to achieve, it’s more insightful to explore the kind of company we are.

Here are a few of my thoughts about what makes GoGlobal unique from our Employer of Record competitors.

We Are Not Built for an Exit

GoGlobal is one of the few privately held Employer of Record (EOR) companies in the industry. This independence from the typical corporate constraints means we are not beholden to short-term Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Instead, we focus on long-term benefits for our company, including the welfare of our people, the enhancement of our product, and the advancement of our technology.

Our entrepreneurial spirit allows us the flexibility to take risks and pivot quickly. We are not pursuing an exit strategy. Our goal is enduring success, underscored by a commitment to compliance and maintaining our reputation.

Embracing Our Identity

GoGlobal distinguishes itself as a services company in a market crowded with entities positioning themselves as technology companies, platform providers or HR Tech players.  We understand that the essence of our work cannot be replicated by impersonal, automated platforms.

Each client talent and client is unique, necessitating a personalized approach. We invest heavily in our local subject matter experts and client-facing teams, ensuring we provide unparalleled care for our clients and the talent we employ on their behalf.

We like to think of this as the Power of 2 Model, where GoGlobal sits at the pivotal point connecting clients and their employees and offers unique advantages. With our dedicated account managers for clients and local HR representatives for employees, GoGlobal redefines this model and sets a gold standard in the EOR industry.

Competing Through Culture, Not Capital

We may not have the deep pockets compared with some of our peers with external funding, but we invest smartly and we remain profitable. Our focus is unwavering – dedicated to servicing our clients and enhancing our service offerings. We consciously avoid the pitfalls of corporate politics and the pressure of investor demands.

Our hiring philosophy is as deliberate as it is considerate: we meticulously select our talent and pledge to avoid redundancy for cost-saving purposes.

We prioritize being a people-first organization, knowing that by caring for our talent, they, in turn, extend that care to our clients as well as client talents.

Staying True to Our Roots

In our five-year journey, GoGlobal has evolved significantly while steadfastly adhering to our core values and identity. We are committed to ensuring our clients and their employees receive unparalleled support and service. In the bustling EOR market, GoGlobal stands distinct. When it comes to global employment, we don’t just understand the rules—we redefine them.

We have come a long way but have always stayed true to who we are and what sets us apart. We are private. We are a services company. We are a people-first organization.
